What's the difference between Basic and Intelligent?
Basic covers the essentials: accidents, title brands, odometer readings, ownership, and market value. Intelligent adds AI image analysis, a buyer risk score, open recalls, ownership cost estimates, historical listing photos, and inspection checkpoints.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits never expire. Monthly included reports from a subscription reset each calendar month and don't roll over.
Do I get charged if no data is found?
No. If we can't find history for a VIN, or the data provider is unavailable, your credits are automatically refunded.
Can I re-open a report later?
Yes — every report you run stays in your account. Re-running the same VIN and tier within 30 days reuses your existing report for free.
